Event Branding & Art Direction, 2025

Logo, branding, experience design, presentation design, motion graphics, and merchandise. 

As the world's leading tool company with iconic brands like DEWALT®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, BLACK+DECKER®, Cub Cadet®, Hustler® and Troy-Bilt® - Stanley Black & Decker's Global Supply Chain team convened over 250 of its top global leaders for a transformative 3-day conference. This gathering was designed to activate the Supply Chain strategy, empower leaders to achieve ambitious goals, and inspire them to drive meaningful change.

In partnership with the planning team, the creative team crafted a vibrant brand and visual identity that seamlessly wove the conference's climbing and elevation themes into every aspect of the experience. The design of the venue and conference events not only featured the conference logo and graphic system but also harmoniously integrated the company's iconic brands and corporate identity. This approach ensured that every moment resonated with the spirit of summiting new heights and climbing together, both metaphorically and visually, leaving a lasting impact on all attendees.

Elevate Together Merchandise

The merchandise for the conference was thoughtfully designed to embody the theme "Elevate Together." Each item prominently featured the conference logo, while intentional choices, such as a carabiner and an outdoor backpack, reinforced the theme of elevation and mountain climbing. At registration, these items not only set the tone for the conference but also aimed to inspire excitement and a sense of unity among participants as they embarked on their journey, both during and after the event.

Elevate Together Experience Design

The team took a creative approach in designing the conference flow, meticulously crafting the agenda and key segments to ensure a transformative journey for each leader in attendance. The conference was thoughtfully balanced with high-energy moments, strategic sessions, inspiring guest speakers, and emotionally impactful experiences. These elements encouraged leaders to reflect on their learnings and recognize their integral role in the company's success.

Key highlights of the conference included capstone reflection sessions, a NASCAR-themed strategy deep dive, an Olympic-style championship ceremony, and a Jeopardy game show. Each of these moments uniquely designed to offer more than a traditional presentation or lecture fostering participation, conversation and strengthening their team culture. ​​

To further enhance this experience, high visual presentations and conference screens were strategically used throughout the general session and pre-function lobby, creating a dynamic atmosphere for attendees.
